Not a whole lot to say

20 weeks 2 days

I find myself with simply not a whole lot to write about lately.

Yes, we are still worried about the babies and about M, and all we can do is wait for the next OB appointment (we have one scheduled for 1 February  with the regular OB and no news on when the high risk OB appointment will be).

Mostly we seem to be in the holding our breath stage of the game. Feeling so close, wanting the babies to be safe, wanting M to be safe and just generally trying our very best not to get too anxious.

We are entering the “busy time” at work and I will be bogged down with that until the end of March (which in a way is good, nice to keep the brain busy).

So to sum up:

1. Still worried about M and the babies.

2. Busy and therefore not commenting on everyone’s blog like I usually do.

3. Booked into a baby first aid course in March, so very excited to be learning little people CPR!

Thanks for the update, even if there’s not much to say. I’ve been thinking about you a lot and wondering how you all were doing. Wishing you some peace while you wait.

Little people CPR is so scary! When I was a camp counselor I had to take CPR and the mini mannequins that we had to use creeped me out! I’m glad that I know what to do (well, I probably should take some sort of refresher, but I think I know what to do!) if something were to happen to a little person in my care.

I hope that all of you are okay and I’m glad that you’re busy so at least you have some distractions!

Hey it’s good you’ll be busy at work, help keep distracted as you tick each day off your calendar. Just a few short months before those babes are in your arms, hold on to that, keep thinking positive!

Thanks for writing on my blog, I really do appreciate your support too.

Hubby & I have to be CPR certified for work and when I was about three months along, we had to re-certify. I remember watching Hubby with the infant doll thinking to myself we had a long way to go. He is much, much better now!

I hope things get un-busy for you soon. Keeping you, M and the babies in my thoughts.
